Tax Payment Schedule

All quarters have a ten-day grace period. On the eleventh day interest will accrue retroactive to the first.
*The Third Quarter due date includes the grace period.  Payment must be received by August 19th to avoid interest.
– Tax bills are sent out once a year with four quarterly stubs. If your taxes are escrowed through your mortgage, you will receive an “advice only bill”. However, if your mortgage becomes satisfied it is your responsibility to pay your taxes in a timely fashion. Please use the stubs on your advice bill.

– Drop off box – For your convenience, we have a payment drop mailbox for the Tax, Water & Sewer Departments. It is located outside, next to the front entrance. Please put your stub and check in an envelope.

– There will be a $20.00 charge each time a check is returned to us from your bank.
