Water Usage is billed based on consumption prior to each period.
Minimum water service fee of $75.00 with an allowance of 9,000 gallons of water used per period plus excess water usage fees at the following rates: Municipal Code Chapter 107-14

Payments can also be mailed to Borough of Woodbury Heights; 500 Elm Avenue; Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097.
Payments may also be paid in person at the Municipal Building during business hours of 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday or placed in the drop box by the front door after hours.
Payments made after 30 days of the due date will be assessed a penalty of 1% per month, calculated back to the due date.
There will be a $20.00 charge each time a check is returned to us from your financial institution.
