Property Registration

Creditors of residential and commercial properties are required to notify the Borough of Woodbury Heights within 10-days of filing a foreclosure action on a mortgage. The Ordinance further requires that the creditor submit a registration form and fee to the Borough of Woodbury Heights to register the property. 

To register a foreclosed/abandoned/vacant property, applicants can download the registration form below, fil it out and return it with payment to the Borough. 

Registration forms must contain the following:

• Full Name and Address of the Creditor
• Company Responsible for Receipt of Violations and Invoices
• In-State Agent Responsible for the Maintenance of the Property

Registrations must be renewed annually until such time that the foreclosure is discharged and/or the property is re-occupied.
